Requirements for articles
The collection will be published by the SciTePress Digital Library (Science and Technology Publications, Lda), Portugal with a direction for indexing in the international scientometric database Scopus.

Scientific articles corresponding to the specialization of the conference and possessing scientific novelty are accepted for publication. It is not allowed to send already published (sent to other sources) articles.
Together with the article, a REGISTRATION FORM is sent to the organising committee.
Article structure
The following sections should be highlighted:
- Introduction;
- Materials and Methods;
- Results and Discussion;
- Conclusion;
- Acknowledgements - optional.
The above sections are required. Within these sections, sub-items can be highlighted and named at the discretion of the authors.
The results presented in the article should be formulated in the form of scientific provisions that clearly define the essence of the contribution to science.
The procedure for accepting materials for publication
Working with articles is as follows:
- Registering an article
- Check for uniqueness (originality)
- Peer review
- Conclusion of an agreement for the registration fee
- Sending confirmation of article acceptance for publication
When the status of an article changes, a message is sent to the corresponding author. A positive result of the uniqueness check (anti-plagiarism) is received by articles with an originality of 75% and higher. Peer review assesses the compliance of the article with the publication requirements and conference topics, the relevance of research.
Articles are published in English only. The article should be written in a language that is understandable to a specialist in the relevant field.
Scientific articles should contain:
- title;
- information about the authors (surname with initials; place of work, city, country; email address);
- abstract in the amount of 100 to 150 words;
- list of references (minimum number - 8 references besides self-citations, the presence of references to Scopus, Web of Science publications is required).
References to the sources used should be in the order of mentioning in the text in the format [1], [2-6], [3, 5, 7]. You should not give links to unpublished articles. Please submit links to Russian-language articles (journals) that have a translated title in English.
Authors format the translated article independently in accordance with the TEMPLATE.
The volume of the article: 5-6 full pages (font size 10 pt, single spacing).
The number of articles that an author can publish in a collection is no more than two.
The number of authors in one article is no more than five.

The size of the registration fee - 9000 rub. (for 1 article in the collection of conference materials).
Translation service (if necessary) - 650 rub. per 1 conventional page (1800 characters with spaces).
Editing service (if necessary) - 2000 rub. for 1 article (if you cannot arrange an article according to the requirements of the template, you can order this service).
The registration fee must be paid only after the conclusion of the contract for the organization of the publication. Please note that if the registration fee is not received in due time, your report will not be published.
Dear colleagues, we urge you to make sure that all materials (articles) that you send to the organizing committee of the conference have not been previously published in any publications (including in Russian).
